Shipping Policy
Flamingo Flatts offers free shipping over $150.00 within the United States. Tracking number is included in all shipping. Please allow between 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This period may be longer around holidays. Expedited rates apply to the speed of your shipping through the carrier, not the speed in which your order will be processed. Expedited shipping will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for all tracking information on shipments. A tracking number is provided in your shipment confirmation email. Any questions concerning the tracking of a package should be directed to carrier service. We do not guarantee that a package will be delivered by a specific date. Flamingo Flatts is not liable for any items lost in transit.
